2. The short version
This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or advertising networks. There are no user accounts, and no booking or form data is collected or stored through the website.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information transmitted by your browser (server log files), in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type, and operating system.
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.
4. Weather forecast (Open-Meteo)
On our booking page we display a weather forecast for Berlin. For this, your browser retrieves data directly from the API of Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to Open-Meteo in the process. No other personal data is transferred.

5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is established when you visit the site.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we use the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, your request) exclusively to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We delete this data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
